Within 3 hours on working days you get a free 3D design with a price. Did you send your request in the evening or at the weekend? Then you get it the next working day.

Yes. The design and the quote are free and without obligation. You only pay when you order.

Any file works: PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, SVG or EPS. A photo of your logo, a screenshot or even a sketch is fine too. Our designers redraw it as neon.

Yes. Tell us what you would like to change and we adjust the design together with you until it is right.

A tip: a simpler design often looks better as neon and is cheaper to make.

Neon is made from one continuous light line, so very small details do not always work. Our designers translate your logo into a clean neon version that keeps it recognisable. We show you exactly how it will look in the 3D design.

The price depends on the size, the number of details and whether you choose RGB. The number of colours makes no difference to the price. Every sign is made by hand, so we calculate the price per design.

Upload your logo and within 3 hours you get the exact price, free and without obligation. For texts you see the price straight away in the text designer.

• Simplify the design. A neon sign often does not need every detail of your logo. Fewer lines means fewer metres of neon.
• Choose a smaller size. The price goes down with every step smaller.
• Choose fixed colours instead of RGB. Combine as many colours as you like at no extra cost. Only RGB costs more.

Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is calculated at checkout. On the product page you can switch to see the price including VAT.

Business customers outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT number pay 0% VAT. You enter that number at checkout, where it is checked straight away.

Yes. For several signs, several locations or reselling we make a proposal with a volume price. Email us at info@neonsfeer.co.uk with what you need and how many.

At checkout. When a promotion is running, the discount is often applied automatically and you see it in your cart.

We make every sign to order, so almost any size is possible. You choose the width; the height follows from your design.

The smallest size depends on your design: the neon is shaped by hand, so a design with many details needs a bit more space. We advise you on the right size.

Yes. Tell us the width or height you need and we make the design in that size. Very large signs are sometimes sent in two or more parts.

There are 12 colours: white, warm white, pink, light pink, blue, ice blue, turquoise, green, red, orange, yellow and purple. You can combine several colours in one sign.

Want to change colour yourself? Choose RGB: pick from 11 colours with the remote or let them flow into each other.

As standard your neon is mounted on clear acrylic, cut tightly around your design (Cut to Shape). The wall shows through and your sign seems to float.

Prefer a black or coloured backboard, or a square or rectangular one? That is possible too. Mention it with your request.

Yes. Choose the outdoor version when you order (+20%) and we give your sign a weatherproof finish. Outdoor signs come with a 1 year warranty, indoor signs with 2 years.

Your sign has a 2 metre cable, and the black adapter adds another metre to the socket. You choose where the cable comes out when you order. Need a longer cable? Choose 3 or 4 metres.

Yes. Every sign comes with a remote and a dimmer, so you set the brightness yourself.

Our EcoLED Ultra LEDs last up to 100,000 hours. That is more than 11 years with your sign on day and night.

Very little. LED neon uses a fraction of the power of glass neon or ordinary lamps of the same size. The exact amount depends on the size of your sign.

LED neon is the modern version of classic glass neon. The light sits in flexible silicone instead of fragile glass tubes filled with gas. You get the same warm glow, but your sign is safer, lighter and far more energy efficient.

There are three ways:

• From our collections: pick a design from our collections, choose the size and colour and order. We make it for you once you order.
• Your text: type your text in the text designer and order straight away.
• Your logo: upload your logo, approve the free 3D design and order via the link you get.

Yes, choose Klarna at checkout and pay later.

Yes. You receive your invoice automatically by email. Enter your company name and VAT number at checkout and they appear on the invoice.

Need a change on your invoice? Email us at info@neonsfeer.co.uk and we send you a new one.

Email us your VAT number and order number at info@neonsfeer.co.uk. If your VAT number is valid, we refund the VAT and send you a new invoice.

You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering. After that your sign goes into production, because every sign is made especially for you.

Want to change something? Contact us as soon as possible; before production starts, changes are almost always possible.

Every sign is made by hand, to order. Making and delivery together take 6 to 8 working days. On the product page you see straight away when your neon will arrive.

In busy periods such as Black Friday and the holidays it can take a little longer.

Yes, with express delivery (+20%). Do you need your sign by a specific date? Tell us the date and we check what is possible.

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order and fully tracked.

Your sign is being made by hand. As soon as it ships, you get an email with your tracking number. You can also follow it on our Track your order page.

It can take up to 24 hours before the first update shows. Still nothing after 3 days, or has your parcel been at the same place for more than 3 days? Email us at info@neonsfeer.co.uk and we look into it.

Yes, as long as your sign has not shipped yet. Send us your order number and the new address at info@neonsfeer.co.uk as soon as possible.

The carrier tries twice. If that does not work, the parcel comes back to us. We can send it again, but the costs of that second delivery are then yours.

Very large signs are sometimes sent in two or more parts. That keeps shipping affordable. You mount the parts next to each other, so they form one whole again.

Your neon sign, the black adapter, a remote with dimmer and a complete mounting kit with clear instructions.

Everything you need is in the box: a mounting kit with screws and wall plugs, and clear instructions. Drill the holes, hang your sign and plug it in.

No problem. Hang your sign from the ceiling with a hanging kit, stick it to glass with suction cups, or put it on a table or shelf with a stand. You find them all under Accessories.

Through the black adapter that comes with it: plug it into a normal socket and you are ready.

Yes. Plug the adapter into a timer or smart plug and your sign switches on and off automatically, also with your smart home. The remote keeps working as usual.

Yes, but have it done by a qualified electrician. If you do it yourself, the warranty may no longer apply.

Unplug it first, then wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water or cleaning products.

Sorry about that. Take clear photos and a video of the damage and send them to info@neonsfeer.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery. We find a solution quickly.

Send us photos of your sign next to the approved design at info@neonsfeer.co.uk. We check it and put it right.

Every sign is made especially for you once you order, including the designs from our collections. That is why we cannot take signs back.

Is something wrong with your sign? Then we put it right. Report damage within 24 hours of delivery; other problems fall under the warranty.

2 years on indoor signs and 1 year on outdoor signs. The warranty covers manufacturing faults and problems with the lighting or electronics. Damage from a fall, water or incorrect use is not covered.

Email info@neonsfeer.co.uk with your order number, a short description and a video of the problem. We reply within 2 hours on working days.

Check that the adapter is firmly plugged into the socket and into your sign. Then connect the sign without the dimmer in between, to rule out the dimmer.

Still dark? Email us at info@neonsfeer.co.uk, ideally with a short video.

That should not happen. Send a short video to info@neonsfeer.co.uk. It falls under the warranty.

Check that the dimmer is turned up all the way and that all connections are tight. Dust can also dull the glow, so wipe the sign with a soft, dry cloth. Does that not help? Let us know.

Yes: ceiling hanging kits with chains or steel cables, suction cups for glass and a stand for a table or shelf. Find them under Accessories.

Yes. Our signs are CE marked and meet European safety standards. They run on low voltage through the adapter and contain no glass or gas.
