We at Neonsfeer aim to provide our customers with the fastest possible shipping, no matter where you live. However, since our products are handmade, the delivery time may be a bit longer.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

  • Turnaround time - 8-10 business days* (production + delivery)
  • Fully tracked and signed service

Once your Neonsfeer is shipped, our team will provide you with the tracking number so you can keep an eye on your order.

*All delivery times exclude customs delays. Delays can occur during peak seasons like holidays, Christmas, or Black Friday. Therefore, Neonsfeer does not guarantee delivery dates.

DELIVERY WITH DPD
Our packages are delivered with DPD. Two delivery attempts will be made. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. In that case, we can resend the package, but the shipping costs will be at your own expense.

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free premium shipping to our customers. Please note that your Neonsfeer lighting may be split into multiple parts. This way, we can save on shipping costs and continue to provide our customers with the best prices and free shipping. Once the lighting is in your home, you can easily transform Neonsfeer into a whole.

Splitting Creations:

To save on your shipping costs and offer you favorable prices, we may divide your neon creation into different parts. Once received, you can place the neon creations together on the wall to reform them into a whole.

Taxes and Import Duties

Taxes and Import Duties – UK Orders

Due to Brexit, the VAT and customs process for UK customers depends on the value of the order:

  • For orders under £135 (including shipping and insurance), Neonsfeer charges UK VAT at checkout and remits it directly to HMRC under our UK VAT number: GB481979434. You will not have to pay any import VAT upon delivery.

  • For orders over £135, Neonsfeer ships on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that import VAT and any applicable customs duties or clearance fees must be paid by the recipient upon arrival in the UK. These are not included in the checkout price.

Neonsfeer is not responsible for any customs delays, charges, or refusals. It is the customer's responsibility to be informed about potential import costs before ordering.

If you refuse to pay the required charges or decline the delivery, no refunds will be issued — not for the goods, not for the shipping, and not for any associated fees. All related costs and risks are borne by the customer.
