How is the size determined?
You choose the length, and we take care of the corresponding height. Sometimes, the height may slightly differ (1-2 cm) to keep the design well-balanced. This way, your neon sign will always look great.
Can I add extra symbols or custom designs?

What colors are available?
We offer 12 LED neon colors:
White, Warm White, Pink, Light Pink, Blue, Icy Blue, Turquoise, Green, Red, Orange, Yellow, and Purple.
Want all colors in one neon? Choose our RGB option, which allows you to adjust the color with the included remote control and dimmer. This option is available for an additional 25% charge.
Can I use my neon sign outdoors?
Our standard neon signs are designed for indoor use. For outdoor use, we offer weather-resistant options for an additional charge.
If you want to hang your neon outdoors, choose our weather-resistant option for an extra 20%.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is 6-8 business days from the moment of order to delivery. Need your neon sign sooner?

- Double-sided tape: In some cases, you can use strong 3M double-sided tape, as long as the surface is smooth and suitable.
